A Truly Relaxing Break with Excellent Service - February 2026
We had a fantastic two-night stay. The room was lovely and had a beautiful harbour view. The service was excellent throughout, with a special mention to Catherine in the restaurant, who looked after us so well. The spa was very relaxing with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere, and Dawn was extremely helpful in explaining all the amenities. We would highly recommend! 

 

Relaxing weekend with 5* food and service - February 2026
We had a lovely weekend in the Westport Coast hotel and enjoyed an amazing 5* meal in the Luseas restaurant where we were looked after very well by Ante.

Group stay - February 2026
We stayed here for a large group hen. The hotel was so accommodating and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. The food was so tasty in the Coast bar for dinner and staff went above and beyond for our large group. Also great value. Thank you

We had an amazing stay. Always find the staff lovely in The Coast Bar. Food always amazing. Beautiful breakfast. Reception staff excellent on arrival and checkout.Spa Staff all helpful and friendly and especially Migena in the Spa. She is a brilliant therapist. Thank you to all. Highly recommend.

 

Return trip to the Coast - February 2026
My husband and I spent 5 days here recently. It was a return visit. We were not disappointed. The staff are so nice and helpful. They looked after us so well. A particular mention to Luka and Una in the restaurant and not forgetting all the other staff. Ellie on reception is always so pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

 

Wonderful..Westport Coast - February 2026
My annual trip to the Westport Coast Hotel with family members was as it always is....fabulous! The bedrooms are big..spacious and so comfortable. The food is top class. But what makes it for me is the staff. Huge shout out to Ellie on reception who is exceptional at her job and who can never do enough for us. Indeed all the staff are fantastic. Not forgetting the wonderful house keeping staff who keep our rooms clean and well stocked. They are always a pleasure to meet in the corridor. Overall....one of my favourite places to stay! 

 

Best Winter getaway..February 2026
We did the crafting 5 days sun - Friday. Well organised from dealing with reception at check in fast efficient and friendly, l shead a triple room very clean and spacious we didn't have any problems with space in the room which was great.
The spa was fab and staff there was great.
Best of all was the food absoulety beautifull from Breakfast to Dinner beautifully presented at both times and All the waiting staff for both sittings where very friendly and courteous and nothing was too much for them to attend to you over all l would have no problem in recommending the West port coast to anyone now or in the future,. Well done to you guys keep up the good work.

 

Lovely 5 night break - January 2026
Fabulous location at Clew bay, within walking distance of Westport house. Lovely hotel with gorgeous spacious rooms. Food was delicious, we stayed on a half board basis, breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. Will definitely return.

Best hotel staff Ive ever come across!!- January 2026
Just home from a wonderful family weekend in the Westport coast. The staff in all areas deserve so much credit from the reception area, the bar, restaurant, breakfast staff and spa ye are all amazing! Thank you and hope to return again soon!

Five stars🤩- January 2026
I would highly recommend the Coast Hotel. I have visited there several times. Amazing views from the rooftop restaurant over Clew Bay. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, delicious food and the staff are so friendly and helpful!! Well worth a visit!!

 

Wonderful family break - January 2026
I couldn't recommend this Hotel enough. Each staff member was extremely helpful. The rooms lovely and clean.as for the catering my compliments to the chef an ALL the staff in bar and restaurant. This was our family's 3rd visit to the West Coast and all going well hope to return next year.

 

Friends night away! - December 2025
Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Views of Croagh Patrick are spectacular. We are a group of school friends with partners and we booked 6 double rooms. All rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All the staff were so friendly, polite and very helpful. We had a brilliant trip away. Would highly recommend this hotel for group trips.

 

Amazing! Highly recommend - November 2025
This hotel is amazing! Location is beautiful. 10 minute walk to westport house, kids park across the road and beautiful shops to stroll.
Rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated.
Food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast you had such a beautiful selection. We ate in both restaurant and the bar for our evening food and both were fantastic and very good value.
A group of my family came up to stay and every single one of us praised the staff. I've never been to a hotel were I can say absolutely every single one of the staff member were excellent. So attentive and friendly.
We are already planning our next visit. Can't wait to stay again.

 

Great experience - November 2025
had a wonderful stay at the Westport Coast Hotel. Everything was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Soufaine at dinner in the restaurant , he was incredibly efficient and attentive, making the dining experience exceptional. The food was amazing and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

 

Great hotel good bargain - November 2025
Great location ,well priced ,infact a bargain compared to hotels in town center. I stayed many a times in hotels in town center and I can honestly say this hotel is as good if not better in different ways ,lovely staff ,decent food ,and very comfy beds . What more could you ask for ,oh yes breakfast lovely and a nice selection,this hotel has lovely views and only 5 mins from town center 

 

Amazing stay in Westport - October 2025
Best overall hotel experience we have had in Ireland. Great rooms, great service from everyone at counter, at breakfast and at dinner. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant of croagh Patrick. Special shout out to Soufiane and Ummu and all the staff at the restaurant for their friendly hospitality and great service

 

Lovely hotel - October 2025
Beautiful hotel! Staff were so friendly and accommodating lovely area would definitely book again , we enjoyed a spa massage and dinner food was amazing and spa excellent 10/10

 

Relaxing and very comfortable- September 2025
This is a great place to stay. The location is very nice, with beautiful views. The hotel is well maintained. The front-desk staff are quite nice and friendly. The rooms are very spacious, a nice contrast from a lot of places in Ireland. The pool is very nice and quite unique, along with a fantastic hot tub alongside. The pool and hot tub are close to the rooms. There are several restaurants to choose from in the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed "Charlie's at the Towers" which is a few steps away. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, in a very nice room with a lot of great food choices. The only downside of the hotel is parking, since all the best spots are taken and their own parking lot is quite small and ridiculously cramped. But there is a decent gravel lot just a short walk away, and frankly I preferred it because it's spacious and not so cramped, so parking is not a big issue, you just have to drop off your bags first. All around the hotel is fantastic and relaxing, my favourite of the 4 hotels I stayed at in Ireland in August.

Excellent service. Ante was a perfect server. Most helpful with wine and beer selection. Would recommend for the views in roof top restaurant. 10 out of 5 experience

 

Soufiane was the best! - September 2025
Our server Soufiane was amazing. His charm, service and delivery of both the English and Italian language enhanced the overall dining experience. Need people like him in this world.

 

Westport Coast hotel Luseas restaurant- August 2025
We attended your luases restaurant on Saturday evening 30th August for my parents 60th wedding anniversary.
I had arranged everything with Una (restaurant manager) and everything was carried out to highest standard. To say it was flawless is an understatement.
We were greeted by Ante (waiter) who absolutely spoiled us throughput the entire evening. He made my parents feel like a bride and groom again. His attention to detail was exceptional. He is very skilled at his job and we are all still talking about him this morning.
The food was absolutely fabulous and the portion sizes were excellent.
I hope management truly appreciate how lucky they are to have Ante❤️❤️❤️

 

A wonderful place for our special occasion... August 2025
We went to the Westport Coast Hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and it was definitely the right place to go.
Robert checked us in at reception, and could not have been nicer and more helpful. We got an upgrade on our room, which also included some wine and chocolates.
We had booked dinner as part of our package, and it was top class.
We were given a free glass of bubbly, and looked after extremely well by all the staff.
Our room was great, and we had a sea view

spectacular - August 2025
A very charming place, a terrace with wonderful views and fantastic staff, we arrived without a reservation and they sent us to the bar while they found us a table, there the bartender Alejandro, prepared my wife and I some cocktails that impressed us, I must add that it is incredible to see how this man works, always with a smile, he made us the cocktails at the same time as shaking the two shakers, it is a spectacle, and without stopping for a single second since the restaurant was so big that there was no room for anyone else, incredible, my wife said between laughs that an octopus would do it slower than him, then they showed us to the tables with balconies, the food was fantastic, and of course, we went back to order another round of cocktails, to finish a homemade cheesecake, I give the restaurant a 10.

A wonderful experience- July 2025
Excellent hotel. Fluffy pillows and spacious room with all amenities. All staff extremely helpful and friendly - going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend. Wonderful view of Clew Bay.

 

Short break in Westport - July 2025
A very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of food offered. We also visited the Spa/ pool area and were impressed with facilities here too. Highly recommend staying here. The location is convenient to Westport House and has good restaurants nearby.

Selim from the Coast bar and restaurant was an amazing server and really came out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed!
