 What time is check in?

Check-in is any time after 3.30pm.


What time is check out?

Check-out is at 12.00 noon.


Does the Westport Coast have electric car chargers? 

12 E CAR Electric car charging points are installed within the hotel group. The points are universal, service can be used by guests who brings their own leads.


Can I request a late check out?

Late check out is available on request at €20.00 per hour. 


What forms of payment are accepted?

A valid credit or debit card is required to check in to the hotel, but guests may use cash or credit/debit card at check-out to settle their bill.


Does your hotel offer parking?

Yes we have onsite parking which is free of charge however parking is limited.  There is a free car park 150 metres from the hotel with ample parking.  


Does the hotel offer Wi-Fi?

Yes there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.


What time is breakfast served at?

Breakfast is served in the Waterfront Restaurant from 8.00am-10.30am Monday to Saturday & until 11.00am on Sunday.


What are the dining options?

The Waterfront Restaurant is open for breakfast every morning from 8.00am-10.30am Monday to Saturday & until 11.00am on Sunday. The Coast Bar opens 12.30am – 9.00pm daily. The Waterfront Restaurant is open from 6.00pm to 9.00pm daily, subject to change.


Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes we do cater for food allergies. If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify a member of staff.


Is your hotel pet friendly?

Guide dogs and assistant animals only.


Do you have a hair dryer in the rooms?



Do you offer tea/coffee facilities?

Yes tea/coffee facilities are available in the bedrooms and also tea and coffee is available daily from the Plaza Bar from 11.00am.


Do you provide irons and ironing boards?

Irons and ironing boards are available in each bedroom.


Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel or in the guestrooms.


Do you have a leisure centre?

Yes we have a 17m indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and sauna room.


Do you have a Spa?

Yes, Spa Veda offers a range of treatments.


What facilities do you offer families?

We have a selection of family rooms, catering for 2 adults and up to 3 children. We have a 17m indoor pool offering family swims throughout the day.


What leisure activities are available near the hotel?
Wild Atlantic Way and Great Western Greenway are located nearby. Please ask at reception for maps of the area.Bike Hire is located within walking distance from the hotel. Croagh Patrick is 15 minutes drive. Westport House is also 5 minute drive.


Do you have adjoining rooms?

Yes there adjoining rooms available at an additional cost.


Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, and please feel free to contact us about any special needs you may have.


Is there a safe in the rooms?

Yes, safes are available in all bedrooms.

Hotel terms

Confirmation will be received within 1 hour. In the event of a non-arrival or a cancellation within 24 hours of the day of arrival, a one night charge will be made. Please note that your card will be charged for the full first nights’ accommodation 24 hours prior to arrival, once the cancellation period has elapsed. Should the card be declined, the entire booking will be cancelled.
Check-in time is from 3.30pm onwards & checkout time is by 12.00 noon. Please note that for any advance purchase rates, the card used will be charged in full at the time of booking and this is non refundable.
A valid Credit Card is required on all room reservations. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we are not able to contact you after 3 phones calls, an email & text message to confirm your arrival to the hotel.
No pets allowed – guide dogs are allowed.
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
